Congratulations Alicia!

Success in the top 10-20% of the Australian Science Olympiads is no easy feat. Congratulations to Alicia (DP1) having achieved this in both her STEM subjects:

  • High Distinction in Biology - top 10% of students

  • Distinction in Chemistry - top 20% of students

    As one of the top 24 students in Biology, Alicia is the first Westbourne College Sydney student to have been invited to attend the summer school at Australian National University in January 2023. This includes a Biology fieldwork excursion to the Kioloa campus, a ceremony at Parliament House in June 2023 and then 4 of the 24 students will be chosen to represent Australia in the United Arab Emirates for the International Olympiad.
