I'm late, I'm late! For a very important date!

Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea is a community event run by the Cancer Council, Australia’s leading cancer charity. 1 in 2 Australians are diagnosed with cancer before the age of 85, and the Cancer Council aims to change this. This year, they are hoping to raise over $12 million, to fund research, prevention, and support services for those affected by cancer.
With the help of Karmun; Ally, Elaine, Remy, Sonia, Sarah and I have been working to organise Westbourne College’s first Biggest Morning Tea on Thursday 26th of May. The Alice in Wonderland themed event will begin at recess with the morning tea and bake-off. We will also have optional games at lunch, such as a speed eating contest!
While our aim is $500, every little bit makes a difference. Donate here.

· $150 provides transport and a night's stay at a local Cancer Council Lodge for people who need to travel for vital cancer treatment.
· $510 helps provide training to leaders of cancer support groups so they can offer emotional and practical support to those impacted by cancer.
· $1000 helps develop a blood test to monitor a patient’s individual response to cancer treatment.
For DP1 students who are competing in the bake-off, Ally has also created a list Alice in Wonderland themed ideas if anyone is stuck :)
We would love for all DP1 students to get involved, by either baking in the bake-off, bringing food for the morning tea, or simply donating to our page (family and friends, we welcome your support too!). Every dollar helps fund life changing research.
