Higher Level Maths.
A focus on developing important mathematical concepts in a comprehensible, coherent and rigorous manner.. Problem solving in a variety of meaningful contexts, students will have the opportunity to flex their mathematical knowledge to the full.
Higher Level Science 1.
Choose from Physics, the most fundamental of the experimental sciences, as it seeks to explain the universe itself. Chemistry, combining academic study with the acquisition of practical and investigational skills, or Biology, the study of life.
Higher Level Science 2.
Select a second science, from Physics, Chemistry and Biology to support your focus on a favoured STEM sphere.
A future medic for example would be advised to select, Biology & Chemistry, an engineer Physics & Chemistry.
Standard Level Business Management.
An essential grounding for future leaders. Learn to analyse, discuss and evaluate business activities at local, national and international levels. The course covers a range of organizations from all sectors, as well as the sociocultural and economic contexts in which those organizations operate.
Standard Level English.
The effective communication of ideas is crucial to career success. Through the critical study and interpretation of written and spoken texts from a wide range of literary forms and non literary text-types, the English course facilitates full proficiency in English.
Spanish or Chinese.
Facilitating the widest global access for STEM careers, Mandarin and Spanish, alongside English, are the languages of the 21st century. For example, a Sydney student of Chinese descent will most likely already be proficient in Chinese, the addition of Spanish - even at a beginner level - vastly expands their horizons.
